The ordering process

  1. Send us the sizes and the amounts of each motif, after which we send you an offer .
  2. After an agreement has been made on the price, 30% of the amount must be paid as a deposit (payment can be made via bank transfer, Western Union or PayPal).
  3. The production begins as soon as the deposit is delivered to our account.
  4. During the production your will be notified of the process and the amount of finished products.
  5. Each product is photographed and the photo is sent to you for quality inspection.
  6. When the rest of the agreed amount is paid, we send the ordered products.
  7. When the order is sent, you will get a number with which you can track the delivery.
  8. Please notify us when the goods have been delivered.


Packing and Shipping

All products are packed in boxes made of five-ply cardboard, which is a standard for exporting goods. The amount of paintings in the boxes depends on the sizes. The paintings are sent either stretched on a wooden frame or not stretched, depending on your preference. Stretched paintings are also packed into a plastic foil and each corner is protected with cardboard protection. Also, the paintings come ready to be hanged on the wall, with metal supports on the back.

We guarantee safe packaging. All paintings come to your doorstep in excellent condition. In case of any damage, we will compensate 100% of your losses. Smaller amounts are sent by post or one of courier services (UPS, EMS, FedEx, etc.). Larger amounts are sent by sea. Delivery time within the European Union is usually 5-10 days, and for countries outside the EU the delivery time can be up to 45 days.
